Moatly (“we”, “us”) is a personal equity-research tool available at getmoatly.net and as a mobile app. Questions: [email protected].

We use your data only to provide the service: to sign you in, show your watchlist and research, send the alerts and briefings you opt into, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not display ads inside Moatly. Our website does use a Google advertising/analytics tag to measure our own marketing — but only with your consent (see Cookies & analytics below).

Our website uses Google’s tag (Google Ads / Analytics) to understand how our marketing performs and to measure conversions. It is off by default: we use Google Consent Mode, so no analytics or advertising cookies are set until you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, none are stored. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer. Essential cookies needed to run the site (e.g. keeping you signed in) are always used. Google processes any data it receives under its own privacy policy. The mobile app does not use these advertising/analytics cookies.

We rely on a few providers to run Moatly: cloud hosting (Vultr), push delivery (Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging), and email delivery for briefings. They process data only to provide these functions. Market and company data come from public regulatory filings and market-data providers.

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected] — we will remove your personal data promptly. You can unsubscribe from the daily briefing at any time from the app or the link in each email.

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes — never in plain text. Access to data is restricted to operating the service.

Moatly is intended for adults making their own research decisions and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

Moatly provides informational research tools only. Nothing in the service is investment, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

We may update this policy; we will revise the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
